Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC)

Eurasian Legal Professionals' Forum is thrilled to support the first Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC).

This event aims to bring together leading law firms, business representatives, arbitration institution, arbitrators, and all those interested in international dispute resolution from Russia and around the globe.

The main conference of RIAC 2025 is the flagship event of the Congress, featuring world-renowned speakers. The aim of the conference is to seek answers to timeless questions of arbitration that remain relevant regardless of time, changes in legislation, or international affairs.

Speakers will address complex (even philosophical) challenges that arise in real disputes: the limits of arbitrators' inherent powers, the relationship between national and international legal orders, the impact of imperative norms on arbitration, and the globalisation (or fragmentation) of the arbitration system.

All Congress sessions will be interconnected by the narrative of the arbitration battle: we will travel back to the XVI century and consider a fictional dispute on the issues discussed in other sessions of the conference.

You can find more details about the program and speakers on the RIAC website and in the attached flyer.

📍 The conference will take place on May 14, The Carlton, Moscow.

⚡️ Calendar with satellite events from RIAC Partners will also be available on the website soon.
